The weekly meeting of the Council of the College of OIL and Gas TecHNIQUES ENGINEERING / Kirkuk, in its sixth open session for the academic year 2023_2024.
Under the chairmanship of Mr. Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr.Obed Majid Ali, today witnessed the convening of the meeting of the College of Oil and Gas Techniques Engineering / Kirkuk for the sixth open session, with the attendance of all council members to discuss the directives and instructions issued by the Northern Technical University. The meeting covered several important aspects:
– Discussion of the results of the first semester for first-year students.
– Encouragement of faculty members to publish scientific research in reputable journals to enhance the college’s standing.
– Monitoring of academic departments and urging them to fulfill institutional accreditation requirements and national classification.
– Documentation of student activities, including scientific trips, participation in football championships, and talented individuals in drawing and other activities.
– Enhancement of sustainable development activities in academic departments.
At the end of the meeting, the Dean thanked the council members and called for concerted efforts to complete the necessary requirements for the educational process and meet all necessary requirements.
