The College of Oil and Gas Engineering Technologies in Kirkuk held its tenth open session of the academic year 2023-2024, chaired by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Obed Majeed Ali, and attended by all council members.
During the session, the council discussed emphasizing the recommendations and directives of the recent university council, the completion of the Bologna Process requirements, the items on its agenda, and the distribution of exam results and handling student cases. According to ministry directives, the current academic year was considered a non-failing year for students. Emphasis was also placed on green spaces, the follow-up process for entering global rankings, and encouraging and motivating staff to publish scientifically in global repositories. Additionally, they discussed completing the procedures for the national classification, form number 06, and stressed the importance of monitoring the work of departments and units.
